This lesson on DVD teaches the art of au Premiere Coup painting style.  You'll watch Linda create the finished art work with the palette laying beside the canvas so you can see every brushful of paint from start to finish. 

Soft flowing brushwork, melting colors, distinctive highlights and accents are hallmarks of Linda's delightful floral painting style. 

The roses are painted freestyle without the use of a pattern, however, a line drawing is included in the reference CD that accompanies the DVD for painters who prefer the use of a traceable pattern.

Linda continually explains what she is doing and why she is doing it that way. Watch and listen as you paint along with Linda. 

The accompanying reference CD is filled with photographs, traceable pattern, and Linda's Master Floral Painting Color Chart to guide your way.  Included is a list of color mixes for both versions, the warmer one that Linda filmed and the cooler one that uses only pinks, ivory and lovely greens, with soft blue and gray background accents, shown above.
