Coulter Art
Seminars
Coulter Art Seminar
is usually a 3 day event.
A seminar project involves more than just painting the project. Specific
art principles, art concepts, art theories and techniques are taught at a
seminar. The purpose of the seminar project is to teach students how to apply
the the concepts, principles and theories to artist canvas, and thus enhance the
learning process. Every seminar is taught in a bite-size format to make it easy
for beginners to learn, accomplish and enjoy the principles, concepts and
techniques featured at the seminar.
Linda's goal is always to send students home with a
beautiful painting that they can be proud of and to teach them in such a way
that they understand the concepts and techniques learned in class.
Success begets success. Those are the precious
building blocks to achieve self confidence. When beginning students understand
how and why each step was taken, they will remember and cherish what they've
learned in class.
Seminar tuition includes:
Professional teaching services of Linda Coulter, classroom space to enjoy
learning. Instruction packet includes: traceable pattern, grisaille photo,
colored photo of the finished project, brief written instructions printed and
ready to use in class. Additional reference materials may be burned to CD for
the student to take home. Some seminars also include a technique DVD given to
students in class. Some seminars contain a text book for the student to take
home. Each seminar varies in content and materials.
